Lamp created by Paola Navone in 2016 for FontanaArte.
Its aesthetic is based on the mastery in the processing of materials and the effect of light that the lamp itself creates around itself.
The technique used is that of caged blown glass: the master glassmaker mouth-blows the glass bubble within a metal cage, which only partially contains its natural expansion. In this way the final product is partly held by the cage and partly escapes, creating a game of tension that generates an object suspended in the act of escaping from its constraint.
