It is totally inspired by an accessory from the female world: the handbag.
Riva likes to create massive objects, of substance, which however always have a very strong meaning to express. With Mondana, the brand allows us to take a step into the world of women’s fashion, enhancing something that we hardly ever see in the furniture and furnishing sector. Mondana faithfully follows the shapes and folds of the female accessory, although clearly with a much more solid body. The whole object is created from a single block of scented cedar, while the handles are made of leather, to recall the true essence of the bag.
