Lamp designed by Fabio Novembre in 2016 for Venini.
Besides being a lamp, this is a real object-sculpture.
Its shape is that of a bust, but the head lights up and is enclosed in a kind of cage. The shape is reminiscent of metaphysical artists and the meaning of this product is very deep. The cage in fact recalls the dark years of the World War and this is an object that serves not to forget what happened. In fact, the head shines with light, but it is obscured and enclosed by this very metal grid, a symbol of lack of freedom.
