A lamp that seems to melt by the heat, an object of rare beauty.
Melt evokes molten glass, something irregular that gives the idea of melting instant after instant, without anyone being able to remedy it. This irregular shape creates a beautiful effect of light diffusion, which is born in a different and extremely evocative way. It is created through a blowing and metallizing process. The shape of the base instead is regular, to create contrast with the important part of the lamp. The designer’s point of view is that, after so many attempts to find the right shape for the base, in the end we always return to the simplest solutions, which are also those that can last over time and require the least effort of realization.
