The classic icon of the abat-jour, revisited with Kartell’s technology.
The joining of two specular parts makes it a unique object. The two flat rectangular plates are two-dimensional, but at the center they “swell” and take the shape of a semi-lamp, becoming three-dimensional. The diffuser is pleated, both to embellish the object, and to give the light reflections always different and special. The game of reflections that comes from its structure makes it a simple object but, at the same time, very sophisticated.
