The armchair is very unique and shows the shape of the Chinese bellflower, which welcomes anyone who sits down.
Masanori Umeda has created a very artistic and refined armchair. Edra is a brand that always welcomes particular ideas, as long as they are of great quality. The armchair seems to be quite fragile, but all its rigidity is hidden in the body of the flower itself: a solid steel structure shaped by hand is the supporting body of the seat. The idea of this period was to reconnect design with nature, after the strong period of industrialization, which had somehow detached these two worlds. Most of the works of this designer are in fact full of animals, plants and nature, for this very reason. And to top it off, the velvety fabric of this great design piece makes it even more graceful, pleasant and valuable.
